What I liked best was that she came to do an estimate to charge based on what actually needed to be done, not just a flat rate like so many other cleaning companies offered. Professional, diligent, reliable, extremely hard working, high attention to detail, excellent cleaning service!!! I've been working with Kaui for over 2 years now. Kaui's Kleaners cleans and re-stages our rental including laundry and Kaui let's us know when supplies need to be restocked and when areas need attention so we can let our handyman know. During this crazy time she also implemented extra sanitation efforts to keep our place germ free and safe during COVID-19. So it's been 4.5 years going now having Kaui and her crew cleaning our hale (House) but it also gives me quality time with my son as we leave them to do their thing. But I think because they come once a month it only takes an hour or hour half to finish and after breakfast or the beach to kill time we come home to a sparkling clean, good smelling I wish we could keep it like that everyday, I get excited and text her to thank her again & again. I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Kaui's company. Loved the cleaning Kaui and her team did for my 1 bedroom apartment. They did everything! Cleaned my floor to ceiling windows, my filthy refrigerator, my bathroom, and even wiped down the furniture and cleaned my vents. I have to admit I was a bit anxious because of the earlier schedule snafu and bit of delay in arrival. But they were so friendly and finished the grade A cleaning in an hour and a half. (There were 3 people cleaning my 600 sq ft apartment. I would have done it myself but...... I'm just plain lazy! Lol!) Please hire this crew for your move-out cleaning!
